Star Wars 1 is the first issue of the Marvel Star Wars series of comic books. It closely follows the opening events of Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope. Released for sale on April 12, 1977, this first issue actually predated the release of A New Hope by a month. (shipped march 1977, on sale April 1977, cover states July)

Those looking should need no more information.. a serious comic for the serious collector or Star Wars collector. Not officially rated or slabbed but condition would be described as ‘good’.. minor discolouration of pages but not major creasing or tears.. please check pictures.. Please feel free to request more or better pictures. Note: taken on a white board.. yellowish tinge at bottom from ambient light in room.
