1948, German made, Lovely vintage compact 35mm camera by Mimosa (nope, i never heard of them either..but a very friendly knowledgable camera contact has informed me they used to make photographic paper too) lovely, sturdy camera in own custom leather case (detachable, via screw fitting) found a great resource though in the meantime: http://collectiblend.com/Cameras/Mimosa/Mimosa-I.html
